Ilocatum in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Architect to lead commercial and mixed-use design from concept to construction. The role is hybrid and full-time with a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

You will manage construction document sets, coordinate with structural/mechanical/electrical consultants, mentor junior staff, and lead permitting and municipal reviews. Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are required, along with 6+ years of post-graduate experience.

Qualificações

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
• 6+ years of post-graduate experience at an architecture firm.
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Strong architectural detailing, building materials and structural/MEP integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Turn design concepts into buildable, code-compliant projects.
• Direct full construction document sets, including details, schedules and specs.
• Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultants.
• Manage milestones, staffing and site visits during construction.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, owners reps and contractors.
• Lead permitting, zoning approvals and municipal reviews.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers and drafters.

Must-Haves
