Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer for a well-established firm specializing in high-end residential design in Miami, FL. The role requires leadership across all project phases and collaboration with the Principal Architect.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of architectural experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong skills in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architectural practice with project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent education/experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong design and graphic presentation, residential experience required.
• Experience in interior design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative relationship with Principal Architect and staff.
• Ensure attention to detail in all project work.
• Assist in preparing project presentations (drawings/renderings).
• Lead or participate in client presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants to finalize construction drawings.
• Prepare design and construction documents through all phases.
• Develop responses to RFIs under supervisor direction.
• Review shop drawings and samples with supervision.
• Manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Apply knowledge of design trends, construction methods, materials, and systems.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, work well in a team.
• Support interior design projects as needed.

residential design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural practice with management experience in all phases of projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
• Master’s degree .
• Excellent design and graphic presentation skills a must. Experience with Residential is required.
• Experience in Interior Design .

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop. NECESSARY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketchup.
• Proficiency in rendering software 3Ds Max or Lumion.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Principal Architect and office personnel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Assists in preparing project presentations (drawings and renderings).
