Job summary

Gensler seeks a Project Architect to blend creativity with technical knowledge to guide clients. You will further develop design and technical coordination while starting to directly manage client relationships.

Responsibilities include technical design from concept to CD, direct client engagement, and coordinating with engineers and consultants to ensure approvals and documentation. Licensure and strong Revit/Rhino skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect status is required.
• 5–10 years of architectural experience in multiple building typologies.
• LEED accreditation and experience preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and Rhino is required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Public speaking and leading large teams are essential.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design assignments from programming to construction docs.
• Engage with clients to secure approvals and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage client, team and project coordination with consultants.
• Support communication among project team, clients, vendors, and authorities.
• Provide design support and documentation through design execution.
• Collaborate with external consultants, product reps, and fabricators.
