Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture with a strong portfolio.
- Licensed Architect required.
- 5–10 years of architectural experience across building typologies.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and Rhino.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical design from programming through construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals and align stakeholders.
- Manage client, team and project coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Support communications among project team, clients, vendors, and permitting officials.
- Provide design support and documentation through concept execution.
- Collaborate with external consultants, product reps, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
