gpac client in Pittsburgh is seeking a Project Architect to lead design and delivery on higher education, sports, office, retail, healthcare and civic projects. The role requires strong leadership, client interaction, and proficiency in Revit, with a licensed architect or candidate close to licensure.

Qualifications

• 5-12+ years of professional architectural experience.

• Strong design, technical, code, and detailing abilities.

• Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Manage scheduling, estimates, budgeting, and planning for drawings and models.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate professional leadership.

Project Architect Job Summary

Our client is local to Pittsburgh, PA and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Higher Education, Sports/Recreation, Office/Workplace, Retail, Healthcare, and Civic sectors. Project Architect Requirements

• 5-12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities
