Qualifications

  • B.Arch. degree with 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup/Formit for design and documentation.
  • Strong skills in hand sketching, 3D renderings, and verbal presentations.
  • Knowledge of architectural design, materials, codes, and construction technologies.
  • Commitment to sustainability principles; LEED AP preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process, ensuring adherence to project goals and standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive project documentation, including construction drawings and details.
  • Participate in construction administration, reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and submittals.
  • Administer project analysis for compliance with accessibility, zoning, and life-safety regulations.
  • Contribute to marketing pursuits, proposal preparation, and client interviews.
  • Foster collaboration within project teams, ensuring effective communication and high performance.
  • Maintain awareness of advancements in building technologies and engineering systems.
