Project Architect - Ground-Up Multifamily | New York City

Vertical Recruitment is partnering with a New York City architecture firm specializing in ground-up multifamily construction to find an experienced Project Architect to join their team and help deliver on a growing pipeline of residential projects.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of client relationships and project delivery, working directly with the client from concept through completion. The role is approximately 75% project management and 25% technical, with a dedicated team of drafters handling production - so your focus stays on running projects and keeping clients happy.

What We're Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam (essential)
• Proven experience with ground-up multifamily construction in NYC, ideally on projects ranging from 10 to 500 units
• Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings filings
• Background at a firm with a similar focus - ground-up multifamily in NYC
• Confidence leading client meetings and taking ownership of project outcomes
