Job summary

Vertical Recruitment partners with a New York City architecture firm to hire a Project Architect for ground-up multifamily residential work in NYC. You will lead client communications and drive project delivery from concept through completion.

The role is 75% project management and 25% design/technical, supported by a drafting team. Revit and Bluebeam proficiency are essential, with DOB filings familiarity. Compensation ranges with experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Strong client-facing skills and meeting facilitation experience.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily projects in NYC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with drafters and consultants to deliver on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB filings and project requirements.
