Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Project Analyst to own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate quoting, strict cost tracking, and timely billing milestones. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturer and Finance to maximize project profitability and smooth delivery.

As the operational and financial anchor for client accounts, you will coordinate with multiple teams, drive weekly project tracking, and lead kickoff and handoff activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Project Finance in High Tech.
• Experience tracking budgets, milestones, and gross margin.
• Proficiency with CRM or ERP/financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Cost Analysis: develop BOMs and quotation packages with Sales and FAEs, track costs, report margin variances.
• Billing & Revenue Oversight: manage billing lifecycle with milestones, ensure timely invoicing per contract terms.
• Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination: coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics and Manufacturer, communicate delivery timelines.
• Project Transition & Execution Handoff: organize kickoff meetings, transition account knowledge to Service/Engineering, archive close-out data.
