Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Project Analyst to own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle for client accounts in a high-tech environment. You will ensure accurate quoting, track costs, and manage margins across Sales, Engineering, Logistics and Finance.

The role requires strong financial acumen, budgeting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft CRM. Collaboration with Purchasing and Manufacturing ensures timely invoicing and delivery, with weekly project reviews to drive

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Project Finance in High Tech
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to track project budgets, manage billing mile-stones, and understand gross margin impact.
• Systems: High proficiency in Microsoft CRM or similar ERP/Financial management tools.
• Communication: Ability to discuss technical project details and financial billing terms with equal clarity.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Cost Analysis
• Develop BOMs and quotation packages with Sales based on project scopes.
• Track and analyze project costs against initial estimates; identify and report on margin variances to ensure project profitability.
• Validate that costs and internal resource allocations are accurately reflected in the project budget.
• Billing & Revenue Oversight
• Identify invoicing milestones (deposit, shipping, startup, close-out).
• Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing based on contract terms and delivery status.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and credit issues by interfacing directly with the client and internal accounting teams.
• Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination
• Act as the central point of contact for equipment schedules; coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Inside Sales and Manufacturer to proactively communicate delivery timelines to customers.
• Lead weekly project tracking meetings to provide internal stakeholders with visibility into order fulfillment and financial status.
• Project Transition & Execution Handoff
• Organize and lead Project Kickoff Meetings to transition account knowledge, technical drawings, and financial requirements to the Service and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and document project close-out data, ensuring all documentation and final billings are completed and archived in Microsoft CRM
