Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Project Analyst to own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate quotes, tracked project costs, and timely billing milestones across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturer, and Finance. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project profitability and smooth delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Project Finance in High Tech.
• Strong financial budgeting and billing milestone management.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Cost Analysis: develop BOMs and quotation packages, track costs, and report margin variances.
• Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination: act as central contact for equipment schedules and lead weekly project tracking.
• Project Transition & Execution Handoff: organize kickoff meetings and ensure documentation and final billings are archived.
