Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Analyst in a hybrid role to support the Office of the Chief of Staff and DHS/TESS program stakeholders. You will blend project management, stakeholder coordination, and cybersecurity program support to align engagement solutions and customer needs.

The position requires 5+ years in related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid work arrangement in a government contracting environment is offered.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with project management concepts (coursework/certifications a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform operational duties such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, gathering information, and ensuring execution of cyber-initiatives.
• Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
• Collect and organize project data to support analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translation, and synthesis to inform project decision-points.
• Perform project management tasks, including tracking schedules, maintaining action items, and updating project documentation.
• Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process updates under senior guidance.
• Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them as appropriate.
• Prepare clear action-orientated meeting materials that capture key notes, decisions, and follow-up needs.
• Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities under the direction of senior guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and align related workstreams.

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Technical Engineering and Support Services (TESS) program. TESS is CISA's integrated, capability-driven mission ecosystem designed to scale across mission and delivery spaces within the DHS/CISA/Cybersecurity Division. This is a hybrid position.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
