Job summary

Everforth ECS in the federal sector seeks a Sr. Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst (TS/SCI) to support North Arlington, VA and other government locations as directed by the Government.

The role involves planning, managing, and coordinating with Navy and CCMD staff to enable operational force integration of compartmented capabilities. Responsibilities include authoring acquisition and transition documents (SOWs, TDLs, CONEMP), presenting to senior leaders, reviewing security

Qualifications

  • Must hold TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph if required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to government information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with DoD cyber, information operations or multi-domain operations.
  • Familiarity with RMF processes and DoD 5000 project management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with Navy and CCMD staff to enable operational force integration.
  • Author acquisition and transition documents including SOWs, technical direction letters, TDAs, test plans, and CONEMP.
  • Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs and operational forces CONUS/OCONUS.
  • Prepare and present technical inputs to sensitive planning elements.
  • Review security classification guides and related documents.
  • Author regular status reports for diverse audiences.

Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Cyber Operations SME/PM/Engineer/Analyst (TS/SCI) to work in North Arlington, VA and/or other locations as directed by the Government. Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with OPNAV staff, combatant commands (CCMDs), component commands, and subordinate echelons to enable operational force integration of compartmented experimental material and non-material capabilities.
  • Author formal acquisition and transition documents, to include Statements of Work, Technical Direction Letters, Technical Transfer Agreements, formal engineering requirements, system test plans, Interface Control Documents, and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP).
  • Coordinate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and operational forces both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Author, staff and present technical inputs to sensitive operational planning elements.
  • Review and recommend changes to security classification guides and related documents.
  • Author weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports for a variety of audiences.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000

Required Skills
  • Current TS/SCI clearance and PR/CE, and must be willing to submit to a polygraph if required.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, or other technical discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • DoD cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, SIGINT, or Multi-Domain Operations.
  • Military or Intelligence Community compartmented or sensitive activities and planning process (MDMP, JOPES, APEX) at the Echelon 2 or higher level.
  • Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and artifacts.
  • DoD 5000 series acquisition project / program management.
  • Ability to create and deliver briefings to senior leader audiences (General/Flag officer, SES).
Desired Skills
  • Master’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, or other technical discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with AI tools, applications, cloud, data, capabilities development, automation, software, modeling, configuration, infrastructure, and/or networking environments.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with structured rapid development, to include configuration management, sprint tasking, and change control board participation.
  • Experience in DoD rapid acquisition processes.
  • COMSEC management and the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS).
