California Department of Justice in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Analyst (Analyst II) for a 12-month limited-term appointment with potential for permanency. The role focuses on improving office processes and technologies, conducting analyses, and overseeing various project proposals to assess their efficacy.
You will support the Supervisor II and the Office of Legal Support Operations in adapting legal services and processes to a hybrid work environment.
Important Information: This is a 12-month limited-term appointment with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor II and indirectly the Legal Support Operations' (LSO) Southern CA Manager, the Analyst II is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex, technical and analytical staff work related to improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of office processes and equipment/technologies. The Analyst II will conduct analysis, make recommendations, put together and oversee various projects proposals, and assess efficacy of results. The position is responsible for aiding the Supervisor II (Office Manager) in evaluating that legal services and support processes are applicable and relevant to the evolving legal field in a hybrid work environment.
