The State of California, Office of the Attorney General, San Diego legal office, seeks an Analyst II to provide analytical support to the Division of Administrative Services.

The Analyst II provides analytical support to the Division of Administrative Services in the areas of employee on-boarding and separating, office space allocation, contracting with a variety of supporting service providers, monitoring personnel and section budget, and assisting with a variety of facility management tasks.
Under the direction of the Supervisor II, the Analyst II is responsible for the development and implementation of Smartsheet services; detailed record keeping of personnel and facility information in complex Excel spreadsheets; maintaining floor plans; managing secure access systems; initiating purchasing contracts for various services; processing invoices for payment; working with budget analysts in the Headquarters office; developing cost allocations to various program budgets; coordinating office space and relocation projects; acting as project manager of process improvement initiatives and tenant improvement projects; and engaging service providers for facility repairs, attorney services, and other support requirements; and other duties, reports and special projects as delegated by the Supervisor II and LSO Southern CA Manager.
