Looking for an opportunity to work with a talented team and expand your experience? SSI needs to add a Program Analyst to support our current list of services provided for the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties and provide administrative and program management support to include planning, budgeting, personnel records and various contractual requirements
• Lead projects that require research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain Project Management reporting tools/documents
• Maintain/update quality and performance metrics
• Review / update financial reports
• Review / track timecards, expense reports, and travel requests
• Review / track clearance requests, badge requests, and visit requests
• Review / Update project plans
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience leading complex projects and encourages stakeholder engagement
• Must have DoD/USN experience executing client training events
• Experience coordinating conferences and planning
• Preferred Cert: Project Manager
