Job Description

Senior IT Project Analysts are responsible for managing and implementing multiple IT infrastructure projects for a wide variety of clients. These projects are similar to those handled by systems engineers but with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies. Projects may also include cloud, server, networking, storage, security, and virtualization. This role requires continuous learning of new technologies, software, and best practices, along with personal development outside regular business hours to succeed and advance.

Requirements

Desired Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with Windows Server 2012 and above, including deployment and migration (MCSE certification preferred)
• Active Directory and Group Policy management
• File and Print Services configuration
• Remote Desktop Services deployment and migration
• VMware vSphere virtualization deployment and migration experience
• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration experience
• Network configuration skills, including VLANs, spanning-tree, and routing
• Firewall and intrusion detection configuration, preferably with Dell SonicWall or Meraki (CSSA certification preferred)
• Familiarity with VOIP solutions such as RingCentral

Additional Requirements

• Experience leading multiple IT infrastructure projects
• Availability to work outside normal business hours
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Relevant certifications are highly valued
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT infrastructure projects
