Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department.

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Sr. Project Management Analyst with high technical aptitude to manage AMP - Enterprise, Tooling, and Governance cross-functional Business with Tech, Lifecycle Management, and Local Enhancement demand. This role requires a problem solver with strong technical knowledge and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of agile practices, strong project planning, reporting, and dashboard capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Essential Functions:

  1. Monitor all department schedules to ensure projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
  2. Collect and analyze data, including financial and performance indicators, to resolve problems affecting the department.
  3. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful project execution.
  4. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies with minimal oversight.
  5. Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
  6. Foster effective communication and collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Lead cross-functional team collaboration to resolve issues and drive project momentum.
  8. Manage Epic execution in Agility for accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of ETG demand.
  9. Design and deliver OCM communications and learning programs to empower technical teams.
  10. Balance demand priorities while demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. Remote work within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, computer science, or related discipline.

Four (4) years of exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design, or business/financial planning and analysis. Experience in systems development, project management software, and analytical skills are required.
