What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor and coordinate projects from inception to completion
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project budgets and financial status, ensuring alignment with company guidelines
• Lead the month-end reporting process, reviewing project health and financial metrics
• Assist in project setup and closeout by coordinating with legal and contract management teams
• Provide general project support as assigned by project managers and technical staff
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum three years of experience in Project Accounting and/or budgeting, with a focus on project support or coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; skills in PowerPoint, MS Project, ProjectWise, and Access are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced project environment
