ADP is seeking a Project Advisor for the Enhanced Time / ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team in Parsippany, NJ. You will lead and manage complex, high-visibility client projects, coordinate across Service, Implementation, and Professional Services, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes client-focused problem solving, deep product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

5–8 years of ADP Client Services experience or equivalent external experience for Enhanced Time, Enterprise eTime, and ADP Workforce Manager modules.
2–3 years of project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional relationship-building and client-management skills.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery across multiple client projects with on-time, in-scope execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert to optimize configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
Support diverse project types: mergers, migrations, spins, and module revamps.
Drive client satisfaction through proactive, solution-oriented communication and risk management.
Ensure quality with thorough testing and post-project reviews.
Collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Service, and Professional Services.
