ADP is hiring a Project Advisor for the Enhanced Time / ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team.

This role is a strong opportunity for an internal candidate who wants to grow within Professional Services while taking on complex, high-visibility project work.

The team supports a broad range of fee-based work across Enhanced Time and ADP Workforce Manager, with continued expansion tied to Enterprise Market demand and, over time, support for Workforce Suite. It is a role for someone who enjoys solving client problems, partnering across teams, and applying deep product knowledge in ways that directly influence delivery quality and client outcomes.

For internal candidates, it is a chance to deepen project leadership experience, broaden product and client exposure, and contribute to a team that plays a meaningful role in supporting both current demand and future growth, including eventual Workforce Suite support.

In this position, you will provide technical and consultative support for fee-based project work and partner across Service, Implementation, and Professional Services to deliver solutions that meet client needs and timelines. You will support a wide range of project types including standardizations, mergers, spins, module revamps, system reconfigurations, and advanced troubleshooting.
