Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking an individual contributor to support our Project Administration team in managing purchase orders, pricing on quotes, and data entry to keep part numbers accurate.

You will help streamline processes and ensure accurate maintenance of data while collaborating with the team. The role involves handling MRTs, processing orders, and providing pricing support for smaller orders in a fast-paced office environment with no travel requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of experience.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Administration with purchase orders for existing parts.
• Assist in preparing budgetary pricing on quotes with the Project Administrator.
• Handle creation and tracking of Material Requirements (MRTs).
• Enter and maintain accurate part number information.
• Push and monitor sales orders for timely processing and fulfillment.
• Provide pricing support for smaller orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
