The Project Manager 1 role at American Engineering Testing (AET) serves as an entry point into project management within the civil engineering and consulting fields. In this role, the Project Manager will gain foundational experience and skills by assisting senior project managers in the planning, organization, and execution of projects across AET’s service areas, including geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental consulting, and structural engineering.
Working under the guidance of more experienced project managers, PM1s will learn to navigate project documentation, resource allocation, and basic client communications to ensure projects are set up for success.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $56,000 – $70,000 annually based on skill set and experience.
