RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a growing building systems expert to hire a Project Administrator. You will support construction project management with administrative duties, organizing documents, and promoting efficient field operations across large project sites.

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and team-collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and duties while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, carry materials, climb ladders and stairs, and perform other physical activities as required by the job.
  • Adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • On-board new employees and manage the New Contractor Orientation badging process for all site personnel.
  • Organize, distribute, collect, and maintain timecards and manpower lists for all site personnel.
  • Assist Project Managers and Foremen in tracking and creating field daily reports.
  • Take and update meeting minutes, maintain project logs, and create and file electronic and hard copy project files.
  • Set up key party contact directories and distribute documents, correspondence, specifications, and drawings to field personnel and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and arrangements for meetings, conferences, and programs on and off-site.
  • Resolve issues and make decisions independently within established guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support Project Management staff and field operations.

Project Administrator

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently partnering with a growing, stable, and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring a Project Administrator in undefined, undefined.

This role is responsible for supporting construction Project Management staff with administrative duties and promoting a team environment on large project sites. The Project Administrator ensures smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination across projects, playing a critical role in operational excellence and field support.
