Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Project Administrator to support complex construction and facilities projects at the Ridley Park site. This role involves comprehensive project lifecycle support, from initial scoping and cost estimation through contractor negotiation, construction oversight, and final compliance validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
  • Project Scoping & Definition: Evaluate customer requests, define project requirements, and develop preliminary scopes of work and conceptual designs.
  • Contract Management & Negotiation: Review contractor proposals for fair and reasonable costs, participate in contractor selection, manage contract awards, and negotiate contract changes.
  • Financial & Schedule Management: Develop and manage detailed work packages, including budgets, schedules, drawings, and specifications. Support the development of conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates.
  • Coordination & Execution: Lead constructability and cost/schedule visibility reviews. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans, including relocations, construction, and utility shutdowns.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assemble, release, and archive work packages, integrating all required documentation. Ensure continuous compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations and validate adherence to project documentation and regulatory standards.
  • System Tracking: Receive and log customer requests using electronic systems and track and manage work progress through internal project systems.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • Proven professional experience in construction or project management.
  • Formal education in a related field, such as Engineering or Construction Management.
Desired Qualifications (Plusses)
  • Professional Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
Compensation

$30 to $33 per hour.
