Location: Memphis, TN (On-site)
Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week, with typical working hours between 8:00–8:30 AM and 4:30–5:00 PM. Includes a 1-hour lunch break, with flexibility based on team and project needs.

This role is responsible for maintaining structure, organization, and consistency across day-to-day office processes while also supporting project teams through scheduling, tracking, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a highly detail-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. This position will serve as a central point of coordination—supporting administrative processes within the Memphis office while also assisting broader project teams. Responsibilities include supporting timekeeping and administrative tracking, coordinating travel and logistics, and helping maintain organization across project schedules, documentation, and communication as project activity continues to scale.
