You will oversee the collection, billing, and reporting of project financials across commercial and industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Construction industry experience required.
• CPA preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and database planning.
• Florida driver’s license required; notary helpful.

Aufgaben

• Compile project information and maintain Job Book in accounting systems.
• Manage project accounting staff and daily workflows.
• Ensure contract and insurance documents are up to date.
• Generate and mail notices to owners and manage billing.
• Post billing into accounting program and track changes.
• Collections and cash receipt postings as needed.
