Job summary

CFS is seeking a Project Accountant to manage financials across a portfolio of construction projects. You will handle reconciliations, AP, and AR for each project, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while providing actionable insights to leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Associates welcomed) and strong MS Excel skills, with opportunity for a performance-based bonus based on project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Associate degrees welcomed.
• Experience with reconciliations within the construction industry.
• MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of projects - work on pre-development to last dollar of project.
• Responsible for account reconciliations.
• Responsible for AP, AR, and reconciliations for each project.
• Provide recommendations to leadership about status of projects and improvements.
