Job summary

CFS is seeking a Project Accountant to support complex development projects and ensure financial accuracy across each phase. You will partner with project managers, development leaders, and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have project accounting experience in real estate, construction, or development, plus strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
• Process invoices, monitor contract compliance, and support draw requests
