Job summary

ENGEO is seeking a Project Accountant to bridge project managers and clients, handling complex invoices and data accuracy. You will manage client and project databases, address inquiries, and keep stakeholders informed of project financials.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in accounting/finance, experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred, and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced engineering context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Excellent data entry and analysis accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in automating processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue complex project invoices in accordance with contract terms.
• Maintain and update client and project database files to ensure data integrity.
• Act as a primary resource for clients and internal project managers; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Monitor project financials and provide updates to stakeholders.
