Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
• Self-motivated with good communication and time management.

• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit to clients detailed invoices for maintenance and construction projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments and client representatives to compile invoicing information.
• Assist Project Accountants with month-end accruals and related reporting.
