Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to work with each business unit, track project progress, investigate variances, manage expenses, and ensure timely customer billings and collections.

You will serve as the client interface for Project Managers and provide financial project administration, profitability analysis, utilization, budgets and accrual reporting. Maintain project records in Box.com and prepare invoices.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in project accounting or related field.
• BS degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of project contracts and change orders.
• Experience with ERP systems for invoicing and budget control; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers on contract documents, scope changes, and financial status.
• Generate financial records and profitability analyses for management.
• Address client requests and investigate variances, unbilled expenses, and unpaid billings.
• Create and close projects in NetSuite and Box.com; maintain project records.
• Prepare customer invoicing and assist auditors with information.
