Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work history in project accounting or finance roles.
• Experience with professional accounting software, preferably Deltek.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with setup, maintenance and close-out of projects in accounting software.
• Interpret contract terms and ensure they are reflected in project setups and controls.
• Review and verify incurred costs including time, expenses and subconsultants.
• Prepare accurate billings and facilitate PM review of billed/unbilled charges.
• Analyze project budgets and variances; participate in financial review meetings.
• Support monthly revenue and quarterly revenue forecast processes.
• Assist with A/R collections as needed.
• Provide project financial software training and data collection support.
