Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar and proofreading.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and collaborate with managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
• Commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client invoicing, collections, and project budgeting; assist with A/P, time sheets, and expense reports.
• Prepare contract documentation and maintain fee and budget entries.
• Provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues with project teams.
• Coordinate the project accounting system within the department and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support multiple project managers and staff daily.
• Perform other duties as needed.
