Job summary

HFW Companies is seeking a Project Accountant in Boca Raton to support the Regional Finance Manager and collaborate with member firms on project financials, invoicing cycles, AR/AP, and cash flow monitoring. You will ensure timely and accurate data flow and assist in audits as needed.

In this role you will work with project managers and finance teams to deliver insightful reports, drive process improvements, and contribute to the growth and profitability of our expanding network of firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, plus two years' related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project and cost accounting.
• Proficient with professional services accounting software.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• ERP database software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Finance Manager and assist in AR/AP functions.
• Process monthly invoicing and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare periodic project analysis and reports for managers.
• Assist with audits and travel to member firms as needed.
