Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations and GL accounting.
• Experience with audits and compliance processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Record and analyze project-related accounting transactions.
• Perform monthly close activities and journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Maintain general ledger and account clean-up as needed.
• Ensure internal controls and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Payroll and other teams to ensure accurate reporting.
