Job summary

Peralte-Clark, LLC seeks a Project Accountant to support project accounting, billing operations, invoicing, and revenue tracking. The role ensures accurate, timely project financials in line with contract requirements and applicable standards.

Reporting to the Controller, you will maintain project records, support managers with financial data, and assist with journal entries and reconciliations as needed. This position emphasizes accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting, invoicing, AR/AP, and revenue tracking.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and FAR; familiarity with Deltek Ajera is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or 4–6 years of equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices per contract terms and company procedures.
• Set up and maintain project records, budgets, and contract updates.
• Maintain project billing records and support revenue tracking and reporting.
• Process subconsultant invoices and monitor contract compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Provide billing support to project managers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Controller with journal entries and bank reconciliations.
