Job summary

Norlee Investments LLC is seeking a Project Accountant in Tampa, FL to manage the financial aspects of assigned projects, including billing, cost tracking, and contract compliance. You will collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and cash flow optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of project accounting experience. Proficiency with Sage 300 and construction software like Procore or Textura is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of project accounting or construction accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project cost tracking, billing procedures, and contract compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Sage 300.
• Familiarity with Procore or Textura is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and AR aging for assigned projects.
• Handle invoices, billing, reporting, and compliance.
• Track contract compliance and collect necessary documents such as lien waivers and NTOs.
• Generate reports on A/R, contract status, and job cost.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize cash flow.
• Support project financials from initiation to completion.
