Job summary

DCCM Infrastructure Inc. in Houston is seeking a Project Accountant to own the project billing process, respond to client inquiries, and verify chargeable time in accordance with policy.

You will open projects in our enterprise system and ensure contracts are reflected accurately on opening docs. The role requires strong communication and problem solving, with experience in billing in A/E environments preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Prior billing experience, ideally in A/E environments.
• Experience with accounting software and Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project billing process and respond to client inquiries.
• Open projects, proposals and clients in the ERP system.
• Review contracts for billing terms and ensure accurate project openings.
• Process and finalize invoices with necessary backup.
• Coordinate approvals and maintain filing of project documents.
