Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Deltek Ajera software is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, project accounting, financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial models and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project-related accounting activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
• Use Ajera to track project costs, labor allocation, and generate financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis of project performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across projects per policies.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile transactions.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and monitor expenses.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Conduct regular financial reviews with project teams and forecast future costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations in construction.
