Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a growing construction management firm in the Wellesley, MA area to recruit a Project Accountant. The role focuses on overseeing financial activities across multiple projects, from budgeting through closeout, and preparing billings and supporting documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience in project accounting or construction, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with billing, budgeting, and cost tracking.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial activities across multiple construction projects from budgeting through closeout
• Prepare project billings, invoices, and supporting financial documentation
• Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Partner with Project Managers to review job costs and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations
• Assist with subcontractor billing, payments, and compliance documentation

Project Accountant Responsibilities

Project Accountant Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Experience with Sage, Procore, TimberScan, or similar systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
