Job summary

Godshall Recruiting in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a part-time accounting professional to monitor budgets and streamline billing for multiple projects.

You will track costs, validate invoices/POs/expenses, and prepare invoices with accuracy while conducting financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 3+ years of experience are preferred, with a direct hire arrangement and a 25-hour weekly schedule."

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of job costing or project accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean personal credit.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
