Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Project Accountant

Roseville, CA (Onsite)

$40-45/hr

Do you have strong accounting and billing experience from the construction industry? Do you have industry experience from a commercial general contractor? We are looking for a project accountant for a great team in Roseville, CA. This would be an onsite position that could be contract-to-hire or Direct hire. If you have at least three years of work experience, experience with ProCore, and strong billing experience (owner billings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project billing cycles, including preparation and submission of owner billings, lien waivers, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely billing.
• Review subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
