Job summary

CFS is seeking a Project Accountant to support complex, multi-phase development projects. You will partner with project managers, development leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and clarity throughout each project’s lifecycle.

The role offers Hybrid Flexibility with two days work from home after training, along with opportunities for growth and a collaborative environment across finance, development, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting, preferably in real estate, construction, or development.
• Strong budgeting and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Process invoices, monitor contract compliance, and support draw requests.
• Assist with audits, funding submissions, and regulatory documentation.
