Job summary

CFS is seeking a Project Accountant in a family‑led, collaborative environment in the United States. The role focuses on billing, cash flow, and vendor payments, with close work alongside Project Managers and business leaders.

The position offers a strong benefits package, a hybrid schedule after training (one remote day per week), and opportunities for vertical promotions and cross‑functional moves as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–4 years of project accounting, project billing, accounts receivable, or related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills; CMiC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices, pay estimates, lien waivers, and contract-related billing documentation.
• Track project billings and collections to ensure timely cash flow.
• Monitor project payment cycles, forecasting, and collection schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier payments with Accounts Payable teams.
• Manage contract values, funding status, and change order tracking.
• Support project-specific cash management planning and reporting.
