Job Details
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Bonus: Target annual bonus potential of 10% - 15%

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance, sales, and project teams to support project tracking, reconciliation, and billing activities.
- Assist with revenue forecasting, backlog reporting, work-in-progress (WIP) analysis, and project closeout efforts.
- Process monthly WIP reporting and support revenue recognition activities.
- Prepare and distribute recurring financial reports and performance metrics.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide financial updates to stakeholders.
- Reconcile job costs to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
- Review and validate project costing information to ensure accuracy.
- Support project and period-end close processes.
- Maintain project budgets and financial data within company systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
- Assist with training and supporting operational teams on project financial procedures.
- Support additional finance and accounting initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of Project Accounting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience performing financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment with multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within construction, project-based, engineering, or related industries.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of job costing, project billing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition.
