Job summary

Project Accountant at CFS is a permanent role within a growing construction client that operates throughout the US. You will work with leadership, Project Managers and various teams, with a strong promotion track within the company.

The approximate salary is $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus, based on experience. Hybrid work schedule, competitive benefits, and long-term growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related.
• 1+ years of Accounting, AR, and/or billing experience.
• Advanced Excel and experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Strong technology and systems skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, lien waivers, pay estimates, payroll analysis, transportation data and ad hoc reports per contract details.
• Review and analyze billing reports to ensure timely receipt of receivables.
• Analyze pay estimates throughout project cycles.
• Assist AP team on subcontractor and supplier payments per contract terms.
• Assist with cash management reporting.
• Serve as main point of contact for documents for subcontractors, suppliers, corporate, Project Managers and compliance.
