Sciens Building Solutions in Mira Loma, CA, is seeking a Project Accountant to support job costing and PoC accounting in a fast-paced environment. You will set up new projects, process estimates, and manage time charged to jobs, ensuring accuracy in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate has up to two years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance is preferred; Microsoft Dynamics or Sage 300

Responsibilities

• Review booking documents and set up new projects, change orders, and service agreements in ERP.
• Process changes in estimates for active projects in ERP.
• Close out projects in ERP when completed.
• Assist with month-end close and WIP analysis after payroll.
• Enter time charged to jobs from weekly timesheets.
• Review monthly charges to active projects and resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and protocols.
