Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is looking for an experienced professional to serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and utility infrastructure projects. You will build trusted customer relationships and manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from project award through fabrication, shipment, and closeout.

With over 5 years of experience in project management and customer service within a manufacturing environment, you'll coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and projects from order receipt through final delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and utility infrastructure projects.
• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from project award through closeout.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Monitor schedules, manufacturing capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Support pricing discussions, forecasting, order prioritization, and customer growth.
• Identify project risks early and drive resolution.
• Provide customers with visibility on production status, lead times, and shipments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify project risks early and drive resolution before impacting customers or production schedules
• Provide customers with visibility on production status, lead times, shipments, and key milestones
• Develop a strong understanding of market conditions, customer buying behaviors, and competitive dynamics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
