Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator in the concrete manufacturing sector to lead project teams and coordinate activities across Accounting, Production, Engineering, and Transportation to keep projects on schedule.

You will build and maintain customer relationships, protect pricing to support goals, and deliver timely solutions while ensuring clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager or coordinator in concrete or manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ERP and inventory control software (Titan preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assistant project managers and project managers.
• Coordinate projects through accounting, production, engineering, and transportation.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to maximize share of wallet.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to keep projects on or ahead of schedule.
• Represent the customer’s needs and communicate clearly with internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Protect pricing to support organizational goals.
• Lead a team of assistant project managers and project managers.
• Coordinate projects through each of the internal divisions (Accounting, Production, Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure the projectremains onagreed upon schedules with the customer.
• Maintain current and build new customer relationships to ensuremaximumshare of customer wallet.
• Driving results through theutilizationof all functions within the organization.
• Delivertimelyand effective solutions and advisements to ensure all projectsremainon and/or exceed schedule.
• Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their needs are met, communicating via phone,emailand face-to-face meetings to ensure their needs are understood and met.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years experience in a project manager/coordinator role in the concrete or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizations skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to properly organize, prioritze, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Your Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus
• High School Diploma GED or Tech Certificate required.
